We’re looking for a Senior SEO Specialist with 8+ years of experience—ideally within the ERP, SaaS, or B2B tech space—to elevate our search engine visibility and organic lead generation. You’ll take full ownership of our SEO strategy, from technical audits and on-page optimization to content strategy and performance analysis.

This is not just a maintenance role—we’re looking for a growth-minded, data-driven leader who’s passionate about connecting SEO with revenue impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and execute SEO strategy that aligns with our go-to-market motions
• Lead technical audits and partner with web development to implement fixes (e.g., Core Web Vitals, schema, site structure)
• Conduct keyword research aligned with ERP buyer journeys and intent signals
• Optimize existing content and landing pages; guide the creation of net-new SEO-friendly content
• Partner with content, product marketing, and campaign teams to align SEO strategy with messaging, campaigns, and launch timelines
• Manage and optimize paid search and social campaigns, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, focused on demand generation and lead quality
• Monitor ad performance, A/B test creative and targeting, and adjust budgets to maximize ROI
• Stay up to date on algorithm changes, AI-assisted SEO, and competitor strategies

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a SaaS, ERP, or B2B tech environment
• Proven success improving rankings, traffic, and conversions in B2B funnels
• Deep understanding of technical SEO, structured data, site health, and Google algorithm trends
• Proficiency with SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and marketing automation tools
• Strong analytical and communication skills—can turn data into insights and action
• Ability to collaborate across teams and prioritize initiatives with business impact
• Background in AI-enhanced SEO strategies (e.g., programmatic SEO, AI content prompts, automated internal linking)
